About us
Information first. A purchase only if it helps.
Green Lizard is a small Cincinnati team that buys, fixes, and rents out homes in the neighborhoods we love. We started this site because homeowners in hard spots deserve straight answers, not pushy postcards.
We tell you every option
Including free counseling, payment plans, and listing with an agent, even if that means we don't buy.
We stay local
We focus on Evanston, Norwood, Walnut Hills, Kennedy Heights, and Northside, and we keep the homes we fix.
No pressure, ever
No countdown offers or daily calls. If you say no, we respect it.
